"And, of course, remember this:
"Even discussing truth with a teacher or practitioner isn't really receiving truth.
"A student receives truth from a teacher when the student sits silently listening.
"And then gets up silently and goes home.
"But when the student is permitted to answer back, and ask questions, and discuss, the whole situation is now on the human plane.
"All on the mental plane, on the intellectual plane, and no teaching takes place.
"Spiritual teaching is an impartation from within an enlightened Consciousness to a receptive consciousness.
"So, if you must hear the words spoken, go to your practitioner, go to your teacher, and sit in silence and hear, and then get up and go.
"Don't answer back, and don't ask questions.
"If questions are to be asked, state them, get the answer, but don't discuss them.
"Don't come back with an "if", "and", or "but".
"That is not spiritual teaching, nor is it spiritual learning.
"The attitude for spiritual teaching is that the teacher is, at that moment, the Master.
"The student is, at that moment, the student.
"And no student, who is a true student, will ever believe that they know enough to discuss truth with a teacher.
"No teacher will ever believe that truth can be learned by discussion, by conversation, by the question and answer method.
"It can only be by impartation of the Word to the receptive thought.
"That doesn't bar asking questions, but it means asking the question and being satisfied with the answer.
"If not convinced, at least satisfied for the moment that that's the best answer there is available at that moment.
"This is the attitude when going into meditation:
"Your Teacher is within you.
"Your Teacher is enthroned within your consciousness.
"You can meet your Teacher face to face within you.
"Your Teacher would never leave you nor forsake you.
"Your Teacher will never abandon you nor be absent from you.
"Not even in the Valley of the Shadow of Death.
"Not even if you make your bed in Hell.
"Not even if you are in the depths of sin.
"Your Teacher will never leave you.
"And you're at liberty, any second, in any twenty-four hour period, to turn within, talk to your Teacher as if your Teacher were sitting outside in front of you.
"And eventually, you will learn to receive answers from your Teacher.
"I will never leave you nor forsake you.
"I will be with you unto the end of the world.
"That is your Teacher, the only Teacher worth listening to.
"Thank you."
